Thanks for placing a order for LoadingReadyRun Merch… Now What?

Q: I just ordered something from you guys, now what happens.

A: As we are a fairly small operation, our shipping department is even more so, his name is James. Once you place an order an email will arrive in his inbox letting him know that you have purchases some swag. Because LRR is not his full time job he does the majority of the shipping on Fridays. Meaning if you order something on Monday at the very earliest it will be taken to the post office Friday afternoon.

Q: I have waited several weeks for my shipment to arrive with no success. What should I do?

A: This could be caused my any number or factors:

1. Canada post is taking its sweet time
2. James was a idiot and forgot to ship it
3. Cthulhu ate it

Regardless of what may or may not have happened please email order@loadingreadyrun.com with the subject “Order Inquiry” (in fact if you click the link it will take care of that for you) and make sure to included your name, where you live and when you placed your order along with your order number and James will get back to you as quick as he can.

Q: My ordered was returned to LRR due to incomplete address. What happens next?

A: If you place an order with us and it doesn't arrive due to an incomplete address you will recieve an email from us letting you know what has happened. In cases like this, because it is your responsibility to make sure the address you submit is in fact correct it will be your responsibiliy to resend your correct address along with a second payment for shipping. Will we arrange the best way to go about this when we talk over email.

Q: I noticed something is in the store but out of stock, when can I give you my earth monies for said item?

A: When we make more of them. If an item is marked out of stock in the store it means we have every intention of getting more at some point or another. Unfortunately we generally don’t have an exact date so asking us will get you the same answer again and again “When we make more”

Q: You guys use to have these shirts for sale but now they are completely gone from the store, will you be making more?

A: The original idea behind our new preorder system was as follows

1. The shirt is put up for preorder for 3 weeks, at which time you have more options with style and colour
2. After the pre order period is over we take the most popular design and order stock along with the rest of the order
3. Once that stock is depleted then we are done selling those shirts.
4. UNLESS
5. If the shirts continue to be extremely popular after the fact we will consider doing another run with a colour variation or some other minor tweak .

Q: What size shirt should I get?
