A: As we are a fairly small operation, our shipping department is even more so, his name is James. Once you place an order an email will arrive in his inbox letting him know that you have purchases some swag. Because LRR is not his full time job he does the majority of the shipping on Fridays. Meaning if you order something on Monday at the very earliest it will be taken to the post office Friday afternoon.
A: This could be caused my any number or factors:
Regardless of what may or may not have happened please email order@loadingreadyrun.com with the subject “Order Inquiry” (in fact if you click the link it will take care of that for you) and make sure to included your name, where you live and when you placed your order along with your order number and James will get back to you as quick as he can.

A: If you place an order with us and it doesn't arrive due to an incomplete address you will recieve an email from us letting you know what has happened. In cases like this, because it is your responsibility to make sure the address you submit is in fact correct it will be your responsibiliy to resend your correct address along with a second payment for shipping. Will we arrange the best way to go about this when we talk over email.
A: When we make more of them. If an item is marked out of stock in the store it means we have every intention of getting more at some point or another. Unfortunately we generally don’t have an exact date so asking us will get you the same answer again and again “When we make more”
